L.I.F.T. stands for Ladies In Fellowship Together.  L.I.F.T. is for all ladies to come together from all backgrounds of life in a relaxed atmosphere for a genuine fellowship to open up and discuss the matters and topics that women face and to apply biblical principles to better understand those matters.  This fellowship is for all women helping to heal, inspire, renew and empower women from all walks of life.   L.I.F.T. helps motivate and equip women to become better wives, mothers, sisters and leaders in their families and communities.
